Regarding the missing alcohol pad, you’re absolutely right. We had one batch go out where the pads were accidentally left out, and it looks like your order was part of that group. We’re sorry about that and can send one your way if needed.
As for the self‑tapping screws, our earlier shipments didn’t include them, but we recently started adding them based on customer requests. Your order was fulfilled right before that update, which is why they weren’t included.
